Our Projects

Empowering Youth through Vocational Training

In our commitment to empower young people, we rolled out vocational training programs that equip youth with practical, market-ready skills. The initiative targeted unemployed and out-of-school youth, especially women and vulnerable groups, giving them tools to build sustainable livelihoods.

Skills for a Better Future

In our commitment to empower young people, we rolled out vocational training programs that equip youth with practical, market-ready skills. The initiative targeted unemployed and out-of-school youth, especially women and vulnerable groups, giving them tools to build sustainable livelihoods.

What We Achieved

  • Trained young people in tailoring, carpentry, mechanics, hairdressing, and ICT.

  • Supported graduates with start-up kits and linkages to local job opportunities.

  • Organized entrepreneurship and financial literacy sessions, helping trainees start and manage small businesses.

  • Partnered with local businesses and workshops to provide hands-on internships.

Impact on Communities

Today, many graduates are self-employed or gainfully employed, contributing to household income and reducing youth unemployment. Women, in particular, are breaking barriers by running their own businesses and supporting their families with dignity.

Our Vision

Vocational training is more than just learning a trade—it is about restoring hope, creating opportunities, and shaping a skilled workforce that drives development in our communities.
